Ambulance Service of NSW media relations officer Michelle Hoctor said paramedics were called to the scene of a crash on the Holbrook-Culcairn Road at 9.37am.

A car is believed to have hit a tree. 

Ms Hoctor could not confirm whether there was three or four people involved, but said at least one may have a head injury and all would be taken to hospital. 

Police and Rural Fire Service officers were also on scene.
