POLICE are looking for a man who threatened another man with a knife and demanded his mobile phone in Wagga yasterday morning.

The offender was walking along Blakemore Avenue about 12.30am when he produced a 20-centimetre knife and attempted to rob the victim.
Wagga Inspector Peter Robertson said the victim managed to escape unharmed.
“He ran to his car and reported the incident to police,” he said.
“The victim is still in possession of his mobile phone and police are canvassing the area and are looking for the knife.”
The offender is described as Caucasian, about 170 to 180 centimetres tall, and was wearing a dark hoodie.
