I travelled from Yarrawonga to watch by grandson Jimmy play football on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the organisation of the day and the general behaviour of the children.
They were all fantastic.
The organisers had different grounds named after great players like Gary Ablett, Jobe Watson and Nick Dal Santo and everything ran like clockwork.
Maybe the AFL should send out some of its executives to take a look at how to run things properly.
