The goalkeeper took the Lavington club to the cup final in his first year only to lose to Albury United.
Last year they again were agonisingly close to the playoff, going out in extra-time in the semi-final to a goal from eventual Cup and League champions Wodonga Diamonds’ Dylan Gavel.
This year Gavel is playing for Melrose.
Fluss said he was yet to decide on whether he would continue as a player.
“After three years it is probably good for the club to freshen up,” he said.
“We have had a frustrating year but there is no doubt we have the potential to play in the decider — beat the better sides.
“It would be great to go out on a winning note.”
