The construction sites, at houses being built in Hereford Court and Pickworth Street, were broken into some time on Saturday or Sunday.
The equipment stolen included a blue Kelso wheelbarrow, an air-compressor, four LED lights, four powerboards and eight boxes of nails.
Albury Inspector Anthony Moodie said a Caroma tapware basin was also taken but police discovered it nearby yesterday.
“We are asking the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity around such sites to police,” he said.
