More than $60,000 was raised through the Wodonga shop in the past year.
That money is being used to buy equipment and furnishings for the parent and babies unit in Wodonga.
Volunteer fund-raising co-ordinator Elaine Hill said the Albury shop had been in the pipeline for about a year.
“But it’s only in the past six months we’ve been very serious about looking for the right shop, the right location,” she said.
The Albury shop will open at 453 Swift Street on Monday at 9am.
“We will be able to buy more equipment for the hospital and help them with some of their funding priorities.”
More than $500,000 had been raised through the Wodonga shop in the past 20 years.
“We’re a very traditional op shop and we benefit the hospital in other ways too by providing clothes for the emergency department, things like that,” she said.
Anyone who would like to volunteer can contact Ms Hill on 6051 7617.
