Car crashes through fence in Jelbart Road

A BLOOD test for alcohol will determine whether a driver is charged over in crash in Albury, about 4am yesterday.

Police said a car had crashed through a fence on Jelbart Road and hit a parked semi-trailer after it left the road at a bend.

Three men in the car were treated for minor injuries at Albury hospital before being released.

In Wodonga, two men abandoned a white Ford F100 utility and fled yesterday when police tried to stop them.

Sgt Andrew Wilson said police followed the utility on Melbourne Road at 2.20am before the driver turned into Moorefield Park Road, then Trafalgar Street. The pair fled into a Trafalgar Street park.
