The Saints got over Kiewa-Sandy Creek by just a goal last Sunday and celebrated accordingly.
But an hour later and already in the car on the way home, coach Sally Hood got the bad news.
“The two scoreboards had us winning the game by a goal but the home scorebook had us tied,” she said.
“It was the official record, so we had to replay the game on Tuesday night at JC King in Albury.
“There was never more than three goals in it and we ended up winning again by just a goal.
“Thankfully there was no need for another replay.”
Hood said she promised her girls a light training session on Thursday night.
