The clash pits Albury City, the defending cup holder, against this year’s league winner.
In their most recent encounter City led 1-0 at the break before Diamonds responded with two second-half goals to take all three points and ultimately the league.
But captain Bonnie Denison said injuries and illness would stretch their depth this week.
“Injuries mean we won’t have our strongest side available on Sunday,” she said.
“Laura Foto fractured her wrist last week.
“Jacqui Hawkins is out and Bethany Morgan was unable to finish the game last week.
“But we’re all just hoping that she will be OK.
“We have had two wins against them this year but they have got better as the year has gone on.
