Organisers expect up to 1000 people to attend the fair, with about 250 roses on display.
Publicity officer Kerry Pryor said there was always a positive atmosphere.
“The roses are the highlight of the event, it’s all about the roses,” she said.
The fair, now in its 21st year, will feature a new embroidery display and floral art exhibition inside the church.
Homemade baked goods will also be on sale along with books and plants.
A games tent will be available for younger attendees, and performances will be held throughout the day.
“There’s also a slave auction where congregation members auction their gifts and talents,” Ms Pryor said.
“So that might be something like cooking a three course meal, chopping a load of word or doing three hours of mowing.”
The fair opens at 8am and the rose show opens 10am.
