The Pigeons, who dropped only one match — against Walla in round six — have been the stand-out team all season and will start favourites with the Kreutzberger brothers, Dan Lieschke, Will Swift and Ryan Kirkwood in good form.
It will be Rand’s fifth grand final appearance in the past six years.
Brocklesby will go into the decider match-hardened after edging out Balldale in the semi-finals and have quality performers in Mitch Koschitzke, Matthew Gadd, Ross Tulich and Alex Takle.
Tulich and Takle will have to make early inroads into Rand’s top-order to restrict the free-flowing Pigeons.
In division two, Oaklands play host to Rand.
