A WODONGA man has been arrested after allegedly headbutting his partner through the window of her car.

The man had been driving behind the woman in a residential area of Wodonga on Thursday night.
She pulled over the vehicle and the man kicked the side mirror off her car and headbutted her through an open window about 11.30pm.
The man was already on bail on false imprisonment charges which relate to a previous domestic violence incident. The man was arrested.
He was remanded to custody to appear before Wodonga Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
