Albury’s Tiziani will play his third game with the GWS Giants reserves in the NEAFL against the Brisbane Lions reserves, while Mooroopna's Clayton Oliver will join Richmond in the VFL.
Oliver joins teammates Tiziani, Nick Coughlan and David Mennen in representing state league clubs.
Tall defender Coughlan is currently getting regular time with Footscray, while Mennen played with Collingwood’s affiliate earlier in the year.
Bushrangers midfield coach Adam Mudra said Oliver had worked hard to earn the promotion.
“Clayton has a great understanding of the game, he has clean hands and has a huge presence at stoppages,” Fraser said.
“Having played senior football in the Goulburn Valley Football League the bigger bodies of the VFL won’t worry him.”
