The vehicle was first detected on Monday heading northbound on the Hume Freeway near Mullengandra.

“It then headed south at a high speed.
“The vehicle was last seen around Table Top about 5am this morning and continued south we believe possibly into Victoria.”
Police believe two men are travelling in the Holden which was also involved in a petrol drive-off at Gundagai.
The car reached speeds up to 150km/h while in the Albury LAC.
Victorian registration plates, believed to numbered ZPU 307 or similar, are displayed on the vehicle.
Inspector Russell said it is believed the vehicle is not displaying the correct plates however couldn't confirm if the car had been stolen.
“It’s quite disturbing really, it places everyone at danger, the community, police and the drivers themselves,” he said.
“It has committed several traffic offences as-well-as fraud.
“We believe the car may still be in the Albury area.”
