Ms Oupatham will join the Border in celebrating the cultures in her life on Monday.
“Harmony Day is about culture, we join to share food, art or language,” she told The Border Mail. “I have two homes, one home in Thailand and a second home is Australia.”
Ms Oupatham will hold a workshop to make batik, a traditional Thai art form using wax and painting, on Saturday at MAMA from 11am.
There will also be food and entertainment at Hovell Tree Park in Albury from 2pm.
The inaugural Albury Wodonga Ethnic Communities Council Harmony Cup will be played from 5pm Sunday at Willow Park, Wodonga.
Bookings for the batik workshop can be made on 02 6023 8333.
