Tiger trio Lachlan Tiziani, Max Lynch and Charlie Spargo will join Deniliquin’s Todd Marshall in playing for the Giants’ reserves against the Sydney Swans with the Murray Bushrangers enjoying a week off.
Bushrangers talent manager Lee Fraser said Tiziani had responded well to the disappointment of not being drafted.
“‘Tiz’ has improved on his form last year, he is working hard at the contest and pushing forward to hit the scoreboard when it is his turn,” he said.
Fraser said Lynch had been rewarded for strong form at TAC Cup level while 16-year-old Spargo would benefit from the exposure to a higher level.
The trio’s selection for the Giants comes after Wodonga’s Isaac Wallace and Albury’s Jake Page were among nine Bushrangers named in the Victorian Country academy squad.
