The regions will clash at 11am after posting impressive wins on day two of the annual carnival.
Riverina progressed to the decider with a 54-point over Riverina South West.
Josh Koschitzke, Jack Sexton, Taylor Clark, Tobi Gilmour and Cameron Wilson played decisive roles.
Richard Leahy’s side then accounted for CCC North by 13 points thanks to strong performances from Clark, Wilson, Austin Shepherd, Bailey Minogue and Sexton.
CCC South defeated CCC North by 25 points with Xavier High’s Adam Martin and Charles Langford in the best players.
It then backed it up with a hard-fought win over CIS to remain undefeated.
Five Xavier High students – Eddie Keogh, Langford, Martin, Tyler Roberson and William Chandler – play for CCC South.
Albury High has seven players in the Riverina side.
