Owners Amy Peters, Beth Peters and Craig Royle opened the gallery and cafe in December.
Mr Royle said they were now planning renovations and welcoming North East chef Alex Douglas.
“We needed to create more space for her and bring in bigger equipment in the kitchen,” he said.
“The gallery will be something special, there’s going to be massive chairs hanging from the ceiling and new gardens out the front will make it more attractive.”
Mr Douglas said the team had expanded from three to 10 staff to accommodate for the influx of customers.
“People come from Rutherglen, Corowa, Beechworth and Howlong – they come from all around,” he said.
“We get quite a few travellors with Melbourne people who tell their friends.
“It’s good people get to experience a cafe like this in Chiltern.”
Hub62 will close on July 25 and open again on Thursday, August 18.
