On a high after opening batsman Harry Perryman was drafted by Greater Western Sydney on Friday night, the visitors were led to victory by wicketkeeper Luke Richardson.
He made 108 in a score of 7-236 as Osborne chased down its opponent’s total with ease.
Richardson, who was bowled off a no-ball early in his innings, has made 317 runs this season.
Connor Galvin scored 46.
Culcairn could only manage 7-105 with Dylan Pumpa and Mitch Godde topscoring with 23.
Young spinner Oscar Glanvill grabbed 3-18 for Osborne.
TRYC proved too strong for Holbrook.
Steve Jolliffe led the way with 76 in a score of 5-179 while the Brookers made 143 in reply with James Grills hitting 49.
