The Fantastic Home and Gifts Store in Wodonga Plaza was targeted on November 15.
Constable Michael Richardson said police wanted to speak to a woman captured on security cameras in the store.
The woman, who appears to be in her 20s, has long blonde hair and is wearing a black top and pants.
