The Honda and Davey brand pumps, valued at $8000, were stolen from Trewin Pumps and Irrigation in Bridge Street on Sunday morning.
The thieves smashed a glass door.
Detective Senior Constable Jason Frost said people should be wary of buying new pumps second hand, as they may be stolen.
