Cassar, who guided the Pigeons to grand final glory against Lavington this year, will be assisted by Katrina Kennedy.
Reigning Toni Wilson Medallist Hannah Symes will coach B grade.
Jacklyn Flanagan and Kaitlyn Cummins will continue in their roles as C grade and under-16 coaches.
Yarrawonga president Andrew Mott is delighted with the appointments.
“We had a fabulous netball season last year with three of our four teams making finals and a young under-16 team missing out marginally,” Mott said.
“Having Bridget, Jackie and Kaitlyn continuing in their coaching roles for 2017 will further develop the results they achieved last year.
“Hannah is a brilliant player and has the utmost respect from our players and this will be a huge bonus for our reigning premiership B grade team.”
