Filo was brilliant in the win over fierce rivals Wodonga, setting up two crucial goals for Neagle in the third term.
“Yeah, yep (he’s the best), left and right foot from 60 metres out, kicks goals from anywhere,” he said.
Filo’s class destroyed Wodonga for a second time.
The Bulldogs stormed home in the second quarter and Raiders didn’t look like scoring.
That was until Filo intercepted the kick-in and weaved through for a superb goal.
He then set up Raiders only two goals in the third.
Raiders had an excitement machine in Tiwi Islander Ross Tungatalum in 2015, who took the league by storm, but Filo might have him covered for acceleration.
“I don’t want to say too much about him because if he sees this in the paper, he’ll be on and on about it,” Neagle laughed.
