The details of the May 3 crash were heard in Albury Local Court on Tuesday.
Loclan McDermid pleaded guilty to a string of charges including negligent, unregistered, uninsured and disqualified driving.
The 18-year-old Eastern Circuit resident had driven from the road onto East Street about 11am and failed to see an oncoming car.
He slammed into the side of the car, sending himself and three others to the nearby Albury hospital.
The victims had cuts and the 21-year-old driver is seeking compensation.
Police checks revealed McDermid did not have a licence, and had been banned from the roads for three years only a few weeks before the smash.
He was riding about 45km/h when he ran into the car.
Magistrate Erin Kennedy warned him against driving or getting on a bike ahead of his sentencing on August 16.
