Former Wodonga man Gavin Hach, 32, appeared in Wodonga Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
Barrister Stephanie Wallace said Hach would plead guilty to criminal damage by fire of two garbage trucks, reducing his culpability over the value lost to the company down from the original $1.5 million to $750,000.
He remained on bail, with the condition he stay out of Wodonga unless attending court, and the case was adjourned to be heard in the County Court during the circuit to begin at the end of the month.
