COON'S Dairy has moved to fill the imminent void left by the closure of the Murray Goulburn milk processing plant by confirming on Friday a deal had been struck to distribute Riverina Fresh milk from Wagga.

Coon’s has distributed the popular brand Kiewa Country for more than 32 years in Albury-Wodonga surrounding areas.
The Border dairy already distributes small quantities of Riverina milk in the Albury-Wodonga region.
Riverina Fresh has welcomed the opportunity to become the main supplier to Coon’s Dairy in Albury-Wodonga.
"We’ve always viewed Albury-Wodonga as part of our broader regional footprint”, Riverina Fresh chief executive Rob Collier said.
“We source a considerable amount of milk from that area, with a number of farmers based in Finley and the surrounding region.
"We are here for the long-haul."
