The improving Eagles are home to nearby Wodonga after falling in round one.
The right-hand opening batsman plays for Ashington Cricket Club in Northumberland, around 30 minutes from the Scottish border.
Ashington produced former England fast bowler Steve Harmison and current quick Mark Wood.
It plays in the minor counties, which is the country’s top amateur level and third-highest overall behind the county scene.
Jessop boasts a top score of 41 not out in his five games.

“The wickets are actually a lot better than what I play on back home, so they’re a little bit easier in that sense, it’s just getting used to it.
“I’m starting to bat a little better now.”
