With Dylan Fairall hammering 112 in his first appearance of the season, the Brookers chased down their opponents total of 6-132 with ease.
Fairall received match-winning support from Bailey Parker (43) and skipper Hamish Mackinlay (26).
Henty were restricted to a modest total by some tight bowling from Corey McCarthy and Cooper Walsh with the evergreen Mark White and Braeden Pantling topscoring with 32.
Saturday’s win was Holbrook’s first of the season and keeps it in touch with the pack after four rounds.
Opener Luke Richardson steered Osborne to a comfortable victory over Culcairn.
Chasing only 104 runs, Richardson top-scored with 60 and put on a matchwinning 94-run partnership with Darren Howard (37).
