The John Court property was passed in for $560,000 by agents Stanley & Martin for the present owners, the federal government.
An opening bid of $500,000 was made for the home which has a pool and tennis court before auctioneer Steve Martin submitted a vendor bid of $550,000.
The original bidder upped the price to $560,000 before being passed in.
Agents were unable to confirm if the property sold after the auction which attracted more than 60 people.
The federal government obtained the title for the property late last year as part of an ongoing legal battle with members of the Endresz family dating back to the mid-1990s.
The Endresz family and other defendants are trying to re-ignite the case in the High Court with the most recent application being made last week.
