Deniliquin police stopped a vehicle on the Cobb Highway on Saturday afternoon.
The vehicle was searched about 4.30pm and the knuckle-dusters were located.
The 28-year-old Eaglehawk driver was charged with having possession of the knuckle-dusters, which are listed as a prohibited weapon in NSW.
He will have to attend Deniliquin Local Court in January.
