More than 700 competitors contested 340 races across the weekend, with Melbourne Rowing Club taking out the overall trophy, claiming 29 victories.
Corio Bay came second on 28, while Melbourne-based Powerhouse Rowing Club was third with 21.
The Redgum Shield between Corowa, Rutherglen and Wahgunyah clubs was taken out by Corowa with 17 race wins.
Event organiser Paul Somerville said it was a great weekend of racing.
“The feedback we got from the competitors was exceptional, they all loved the regatta and the environment,” he said.
“It has become an iconic country regatta in the Rowing Victoria program.
“Clubs from Albury-Wodonga, Yarrawonga and Shepparton were well represented at the event.
“We also had crews from Shoalhaven, a team from Mawson Rowing Club in Adelaide and a few people from the Perth Rowing Club.”
Somerville revealed entries were slightly down on last year’s regatta, which was a record, but still topped the 1000 mark.
“In 2002, there was 33 entries at the regatta and we’ve consistently built it up so now we’re consistently around the 1000 entries,” Sommerville said.
Among the race winners for Rutherglen Rowing Club on the weekend was the combination of Jake and Jayden McCluskey.
The duo took out the D grade double scull on Saturday before teaming up with Matthew and James Tanner to claim the C grade quad scull from Corio Bay and Melbourne crews.
