The man from Tongala was driving a B-double transporting lime at about 10.10am when he took a right-hand sweeping bend under the speed limit of 100km/h.
The truck has gone down a small embankment, which caused it to roll onto its passenger side then collide with a high voltage power pole, igniting a grass fire in an adjacent paddock.
About two hectares of grass were burnt.
NSW Rural Fire Service extinguished the fire without any damage to property or stock.
The driver was assisted out of the truck and was treated for minor cuts to his arms by paramedics at the scene, but did not require any further treatment and was not conveyed to hospital.
