The inaugural Indian T20 tournament will be held at Albury’s Noreuil Park.
It’s expected to attract at least 200 people.
Cricket Albury-Wodonga will support the Indian Thunder Nation T20 Cup, which boasts four teams.
Indian Thunder, Kerala Strikers, Northern Tigers and Telugu Titans will play matches in the morning, with another game to follow in the afternoon.
The grand final will then be staged from 4.30pm.
The tournament will be run under CAW rules, with both Cricket NSW and Victoria playing a role in the maiden event.
As well as the senior cricket, mini Milo sessions will also be held for the youngsters.
There will also be food stalls and music.
Interestingly, CAW’s in-form batsman is Tallangatta’s Indian import Sahib Malhotra.
He’s struck 373 runs at 93 this season.
