Parklands Albury Wodonga, which ordered the analysis, last week handed the report to the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning for scrutiny.
Its Hume regional director Clare Kiely said it was “reviewing the report ahead of finalising a response”.
Mountain biking on Hunchback Hill is one of the contentious issues to be addressed in the audit.
Pressure group Protect Wodonga Hills has posted on Facebook – “WE WANT THE AUDIT REPORT MADE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE NOW”.
Meanwhile, further work is being done on possible lead poisoning on the hill.
DELWP expects to complete its assessments by the middle of next month and report to the EPA which sought the extra testing.
