Brook picked up 18 touches as the club defeated Nightcliff by one point at TIO Stadium on Wednesday night.
The clash was postponed twice due to cyclones in Darwin this week.
Brook, who played for Howlong last season before switching to Henty, enjoyed a fine season for Southern Districts which resulted in him being signed by NEAFL club Northern Territory Thunder.
He was put in touch with Southern Districts by Henty coach Joel Price.
“He played another really good game,” Price said.
“It was the club’s first premiership in 11 years so it’s a pretty big thing up there at the moment.
“He just thrived on the footy.
“He took his game to another level.”
Finley’s Ed Barlow also played in the victory.
He was outstanding through the midfield and up forward as Southern Districts held their nerve after leading by six goals in the first quarter.
Despite committing to Northern Thunder, Price is confident Brook will play a handful of matches for Henty this season.
The Swampies defeated Rennie by three goals in a practice match last weekend with the nomadic Damian Cupido playing a starring role in attack.
Henty take on Ovens and King powerhouse Milawa on Saturday.
