The pair arrived in Shark Bay, WA, this week after travelling 7443 kilometres from Byron Bay since March 25.
During the 50kmh trip, the car has broken down, been bogged, had a dozen flat tyres and driven through floods.
They aim to raise $100,000 for cancer research this year.
Mr O’Toole was ecstatic to reach the west.
“This is without a doubt the hardest thing Keith and I have ever done,” he said.
Mr O’Toole will speak at a Geraldton fundraiser on Thursday night.
“Since this is likely the last trip of our ‘awesome threesome’ (Ford included) we thought we’d make it count by raising some money and awareness for cancer research,” he said.
“Now we have finished, we really want everyone to dig deep.”
The journey aims to raise more than $100,000 for the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute.
