The 18-year-old injured his ribs in the thrilling one-point loss to Wagga Brothers.
“I thought it would have been worse, but it’s come good,” he said.
Wiscombe scored two tries in the 17-16 loss.
He debuted last year, playing four games, including two from the interchange bench.
“It’s heaps different to the juniors, I’ve had to change my game a little bit at first grade level,” he said.

Cootamundra stunned long-time powerhouse Gundagai 24-18 in the opening round.

Former Canberra Raiders team-mates Glen Buttriss (Cootamundra) and Adrian Purtell will oppose each other at five-eighth.
