The Saints will unveil their new lights against Wangaratta Rovers on Saturday night.
It’s a $324,000 project, with the players training under the lights for the first time on Thursday.
The infrastructure will operate at its maximum of 150 lux.
Lavington Sportsground and Wangaratta’s Norm Minns Oval are the other grounds to host games during the home and away season.
A number of other clubs, including Wodonga and Albury, have hosted junior games at night, but don’t possess the lighting required for senior matches.
Meanwhile, the home team will look to cap an important night for the club with its first win.
“We’re playing against our old arch-rival, hopefully that will bring the best out of the boys,” co-coach Terry Burgess said.
The match starts at 6pm.
