CFA District 23 operations manager Stuart Kreltszheim has stressed the importance of not conducting private burn-offs without a written permit
“The fire danger period for the Benalla, Mansfield and Wangaratta shires isn’t over yet and fire restrictions are still very much in force throughout these municipalities,” he said.
Restriction will remain in place until May 1.
