Coached by Paula Cary, the team will take on Goulburn Valley at Yarrawonga on Saturday before competing in the association championships in Melbourne on May 27.
Albury and Lavington have the biggest representation with three players in the squad.
Goulburn Valley defeated the Ovens and Murray 56-55 after extra-time in the under-17s last year with Ellouise Shanahan starring.
The teams play at 12.25pm on Saturday.
The under 17 team is:
