Both the under 14s and under 16s tournaments will feature two Wangaratta and Albury sides, along with one representative outfit from the Tallangatta league.
Each team will play two pool matches with 15-minute halves, before being split into finals.
Organiser Zac Guilfoyle is looking forward to seeing plenty of talent at the 13th edition of the carnival.
“There’s plenty of ex-local footballers coaching the sides as well,” he added.
Seymour has withdrawn from the event to attend another tournament in Rochester alongside its junior netballers, however an invitation has been issued to the Hume league to introduce teams next year.
Under 14s matches will be played at Norm Minns Ovals, while W.J. Findlay Oval will host the under 16s.
Games start at 10am.
