The equipment was looted from a shed between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning at the organisation’s Lemke Road base near the dragonboat course.
“We are just devastated,” ranger Danny Jones said.
Tool boxes of screwdrivers, pliers and hammers were taken along with power tools such as chainsaws and angle grinders.
Much gear was etched with ‘P.A.W.’ or ‘Mungab’.
Two children’s kayaks and floodlights and UHF radios belonging to the Albury Wodonga Mountain Bike Club were also swiped.
The thieves cut a fence and broke a padlock before using trolleys to wheel out their booty.
Parklands would appreciate donations of tools to cover the losses.
