Llyod Blanchard owns car number 131 on the Eleanor registry – it’s estimated only 150 were made.
“It’s a distinct style you don’t see anywhere else – it’s also the fame that came from the movie,” he said.
“I have a Shelby GT500 Super Snake but I always wanted an Eleanor and was fortunate enough to get one at the right time.”
The meeting of American Muscle Car clubs, organised by local Chevrolet Corvette owner Stephen Jones, featured more than 60 cars.
“This is our eighth year and it’s a great day to spend with like-minded people,” he said.
“The Rural Fire Service are collecting a donation and should raise about $800.”
