Thousands flocked the the event, which was held to raise money and awareness for Williams syndrome, a rare genetic condition which affects approximately one in 10,000.
The targeted fundraising goal, $10,000 for the Williams Syndrome Family Support Group, seemed well within reach, much to the excitement of organiser Robyn Statham.
“It's overwhelming – the support has just been crazy,” she said.
“Even before the event, the community was working together to donate their time, donate prizes and everything.
“To see the turnout today, it's just phenomenal.
“The community has really come together for it.”
