The heifer and seven bulls were swiped from a dairy farm at Yarroweyah near Cobram, between 5.30pm Thursday and 7am Friday.
Cobram police said on Sunday the cattle had yet to be recovered.
The calves, which have distinctive black and white markings, are Speckle Park breed.
They were taken from a farm on Blamey Road, with police saying a vehicle would have been needed to transport them.
