The handmade, sourdough doughnuts were offered each Friday from July to October last year.
The Brothers Cup owner Geoff Schilg said former Border chef Matt Oliver would again make the doughnuts to sell at the North Albury cafe this Friday.
“It’s awesome to have them back for a bit of a treat after having a break for a while,” he said.
“People still come in and ask about them now; even if they never got to try them last time!”
Mr Schilg said there would be three flavours available for sale.
He said they included Nutella, Flake and nuts; blueberry-glazed with pistachios and white chocolate; and lemon curd and meringue.
Doughnut pre-orders won’t be taken this time.
The Brothers Cup has operated out of its North Albury premises since October 2016.
Located at 6/39 Union Road, The Brothers Cup opens 6.30am to 11.30am weekdays.
