Organised by Albury-based fitness company Lonedog and run by official body, the Giveroy Sport Australia Association, the championships will be held on July 7 at the Albury Entertainment Centre.
The event is associated with the International Union of Kettlebell Lifting, and winners will qualify for the Australian team, which will travel to the world championships this October, to be held in Latvia.
Kettlebell lifters compete in weight classes, with competition based around lifting a sub-maximal load as many times as possible in 10 minutes.
There are two competition lifting categories.
