A new door is opening for Graeme and Paula Connelly with the unveiling of their newest display home.

The owners of Connelly Construction Services and Contemp Homes have been building in the region for more than 28 years and believe their newest effort in Clarendon Avenue, Wodonga, is something worth crowing about.

Titled The Vibe, the home has loads of natural light filtering through the highlight windows and into the open living spaces.

The display home signals the launch of their off the plan LIVING range of custom homes which offer unique designs.

“The Vibe has an exciting atmosphere the minute you walk in the door and feel the warmth of the fireplace,” said Graeme Connelly.

“It has an industrious yet elegant style.”

The three bedroom home offers tall ceilings, separate living and television rooms, an office and special touches such as a barn door feature.

“The feature barn door is really gorgeous,” said Paula Connelly.

“The tall ceilings are a real draw card and give plenty of height and space to the living areas.

“The plan just has a really lovely flow throughout and it’s spacious and generous in all the rooms.”

The Connelly’s experience in both commercial and residential building has been cleverly captured in this new display home and the pair say it’s a reflection of their desire to offer unique custom designs.

Together the group have developed an easy five step process that guides clients through the initial consultation, to conceptual designs, costing and finally the building process.
