Seiter accepted the penalty after the match review panel was forwarded video from the match at Brocklesby.
In a huge blow for the Saints, the former Morris Medallist will sit out crunch matches against Osborne and Jindera.
Brennan left the ground after a tackle from Seiter in the second quarter before returning after half-time to play in the Swampies’ one-point victory.
It was the former AFL player’s first match for Henty after he made three appearances for Central Murray club Nyah Nyah West earlier in the season.
Swampie Sam Terlich was reported during last weekend’s clash but will only face the tribunal next week due to delayed concussion.
Seiter has hit top form over the past fortnight and would have rucked against reigning Azzi medallist Jamie Parr at Osborne on Saturday.
