The 25-year-old has been battling plantar fasciitis for around six weeks.
“I’m not really sure of the logistics of it, but they take my blood out and then do something with it, before injecting it back into my foot,” he said.
“Hopefully if I respond to that, I might have to another two or three of them.”
Daniel has only been able to do swimming and upper body work since late May.
“I’ve been in a moon boot for the last six weeks and I’ve taken it out of the moon boot and it doesn’t feel any different,” he said.

“I’m doing everything I can to get back in to give myself the best chance before finals.”
It continues a frustrating run for Daniel since returning to the club from Finley at the start of last year.
He broke his collarbone in last season’s opening round.
Daniel’s loss has been felt by the Pigeons as he’s a strong-bodied defender with a long right-foot kick.
“It’s pretty much (last chance saloon), I’m running out of time,” he said of the worrying injury.
“I have heard good things about this PRP injection.
“I’ve previously had a cortisone in there, but it didn’t respond to that.
“I’m hoping to get two games in before the end of the (home and away) season, that’d be nice.”
Yarrawonga’s top three hopes will be on the line when it hosts Wangaratta on Saturday.
